Product Description

Get Your USB Barcode Scanners Connected Directly to Your BACnet/IP Client Device

The 460BSUSB moves data between up to 2 USB devices like barcode scanners and a BACnet/IP Client device. It’s the perfect tool to tie your USB devices to your BACnet/IP Building Automation System (BAS).

How Do I Use 460BSUSB in My Application?

Incoming ASCII data from a USB device is mapped directly to Objects in your BACnet/IP Client device. You set how often the gateway updates the data in the Client. If your device uses delimiters, the 460BSUSB can be configured to automatically remove the delimiters, no need to deal with the delimiters in your Client.

Why Use Real Time Automation as a Gateway Supplier?

While there are certainly other companies offering protocol gateways, there is no one who provides the level of support and service that you receive from RTA. When you call, a live person answers the phone. When you talk with sales, you will get honest answers and recommendations. When you get support, it is from an engineer who had a hand in the product’s development, and support doesn’t require a ticket or 24-hour wait. Try the RTA difference today.
